Stephen Couture, age 44, is principal of Couture & Company, a private corporate financial consulting firm formed in 1973. Over the last 20 years, he has focused on professional consulting engagements with entrepreneurial and middle market companies over a broad range of industries. In the last 10 years, Stephen’s primary focus has been on managing high-growth companies, both public and private, in the entertainment industry. He has served as CFO and a member of the board of directors for several global museum exhibition companies.
Stephen has an established track record serving as the senior financial executive in early stage, rapid growth, middle market companies. He has assisted in completing a number acquisitions and divestitures across various industries. His expertise includes completing financings from private and public funding sources, business plan development and implementation, management systems implementation, cash management, financial reporting, implementing controls and procedures, budgeting and modeling, and regulatory agency reporting and compliance.
He co-founded Victory Hill Exhibitions in 2012 which produced Marvel’s Avengers Station exhibition, through licensing with Marvel Studios. He also served as Vice President Finance & CFO and a member of the board of directors of Premier Exhibitions, Inc. from February 2006 until January 2008.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in management systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Business Administration in finance and accounting from The University of Tampa. Stephen resides in Tampa, Florida and he and his wife Nikki have two children.
